Hi, I’m Maciej. I help supply chain leaders build truly high-performing teams and businesses by upgrading the operating systems that sit beneath both.
I’ve spent 20+ years leading operations and supply chain through disruption, scale, and transformation across global corporations like Mars and Avon, and Private Equity-owned businesses, like Bakalland and QFG. I’ve orchestrated multi-market transformations that made a real dent in P&Ls and valuation. I’ve lifted cash, service, customer satisfaction, and network efficiency to world-class levels on industry-leading timelines.
More importantly, I’ve built beautiful teams I’m proud of - teams of people who stood up in tough moments, owned the mission, fought their fights without support in the room and delivered exceptional results, over and over.
